Too fat to masturbate?

I feel fairly svelte and attractive today, although after seeing this poor man's pictures, I don't feel like eating any time soon.

This Fat Guy weighed half a ton when he went to the hospital to lose weight. How, exactly, do you get that fat before you go get help? The doctor told me to lose weight to help my bone spurs, so I may just print out this man's picture and post it in the pantry and on the fridge. That should be a pretty good deterrent.
