Afghan elections

Hooray for the elections in Afghanistan. I can't imagine what it must be like for those women to get to vote for the very first time. How empowering for them. First free elections in that country's history. Amazing.

I think Bush deserves a point for this one. Sgt. Hook and Citizen Smash have some good info about the election.
