Some people are stupid
If you're going to shoot a wounded man who is already down, why do it in front of a
news camera guy? Seriously. This marine is just THAT stupid. I know he was mad because reports said he had been shot in the face the day before, so maybe it wasn't the best idea to put him right back out there. Regardless, don't do stupid stuff in front of other people. Gees.

I commented about this over at doc Russia's.
The camera guy is in a win-win situation. The marines are not. If the terrorist is hiding a weapon or has a bomb strapped to his body then the marine gets killed or injured and the news guys can talk about how ill-prepared they marines were for urban combat. Oh yeah, they will highlight this poor soul's sacrifice in an attempt to influence policy.
The marine feels in danger and acts accordingly and he is vilified for killing an unarmed "insurgent". If the little terrorist fucknozzle actually has a weapon that story never makes the air. Total bullshit.
