Kenny Rogers is on my shit list
I hate it when spoiled rotten athletes act like big babies. I was mad at Kenny for busting up his fingers by throwing a fit and hitting a water cooler, but he is a man and men are prone to hit things when they're mad. It is stupid and juvenile, but you sort of expect it from them. Especially those testosterone-laden ones.
But, the latest assholeyness sprung forth today when he attacked a cameraman. I don't think Kenny knows that the camera he was tossing down and kicking costs more than my car. Those TV cameras cost big bucks. I think they're about $15,000 or something like that.
But, I digress. It is just stupid to act that way. It isn't like the paparazzi was catching him and his wife trying to go to mass or something. Give me a break.
Kenny Rogers, I'd like you to meet Oprah Winfrey. I think you to have a few things in common.

Boy, am I glad I checked out the link to the camera punching story!!! I read what you wrote and thought "I had no idea she liked country music singer Kenny Rodgers!!" Now, I see that the Kenny you were talking about is a sports dude, not a furry faced old man! I think the last name (Rodgers/Rogers) is probably spelled differently, too. I'm not a big enough fan of either men to know for sure! Glad to hear that you will be "au naturale" tomorrow once the port is removed!

You are too funny! I do like THAT Kenny Rogers, too. I actually saw him in concert when I was in junior high. I even had a Kenny Rogers t-shirt. ;)

I posted this also...my interactions with him have been pretty cold, but most of those veterans act stuck up...though the Rangers younger players are pretty easy to deal with. Once Hank Blalock told my son how good his drawing of Sonic was and then listened to my son recite the history of said Sonic. Soriano may be an error machine, but he has always been good to sign an autograph and smile for pictures whenever I have been around him.

After what happened with Drese when he got traded (not sucking any more) maybe a trade shipping Kenny out will be a good thing for him too. Just don't try and trade him for Sheffield!

Oh sweet jesus what a close call, i thought you were dissing the Gambler there for a second. Yea, that pitcher's a moron. LOL Am I the only one that has seen kenny rogers host a Western Show on the history channel? All i remember is how awesome it was.
