What is someone trying to tell me?

I came back to work the other day and found this on my desk:

While it looks like a giant roll of toilet paper, it is actually papertowels. But, I'm wondering if someone thinks I have a fat ass and need a giant roll of TP or I'm a big shithead ... hmm... the papertowels come in handy, though. (Seriously, though, people are leaving the project left and right and cubicles are emptying and being cleaned, so either someone just set it there or they're giving me a hint that I'm not far behind!!)
