Seems like I neglect my blog for a few days and I fall behind in the Weblog Award Polls. Sorry everyone for not posting very much lately. Been busy with work and went on a field trip with a kiddo today.

Please go vote for me as the polls close Thursday night. Would be really nice to win.

Will try to post some tonight while I'm up late completing a project.

    I was voting for you even before I read this in the comments by "Scott" at Rightwingsparkle:

    Anyone who wants to do some counter voting might consider voting for anyone but Army of Mom in the Best of 5001 + category. She is the same woman calling Cotillion member Beth of VWRC a B**** on labkat.com and who previously did the same on her blog (angry she wasn't selected for the Cotillion.) Please vote daily for anyone but her - my suggestion being 2nd place Mazurland (a nice group of brothers running a good blog.)

    lol - some of the bs that is being written about people in the course of this award thing has been funny some of it reminds me of back in grade school....

    Funny how people distort the truth. I never called Beth a bitch on my blog. I honestly don't recall what I said on Labkat's comments, so that is a maybe, but I know I didn't call her one here, at least not at first. Now, I'm wondering if at some point I did. I really don't think I did ... but my memory is slipping these days.

    Even if you did, it would be a pretty darn silly reason for someone to write not to vote for you. It's not like Beth is the icon of non-profanity.

    Granted I don't know you, only what I read here but you don't seem to be the type to be devistated about not being in the Cotillion...

    LR, I'm not devastated and never really was. I was just disappointed not to get a form letter email saying we regret to inform you that you will never be a part of our clique. *sigh* That is where it all started. Me and my big mouth. And, yes, I think Beth and I would actually probably be friends in another world because she reminds me a lot of myself. But, that is neither here nor there. I just thought, from her comments, that I was so insignificant that no one would bother to buzz me away. So, I find it a bit flattering to get a mention in the comments on the RWS's blog. :)

    and, thanks for voting for me. You still have one more day to vote. :)
