Listen to me next time!
Sounds like a lovely couple.
I just kept picturing the wife chewing him out for not making the bed or something. But, you know, as many time as AoD throws his dirty boxers in the floor (five feet from the dirty clothes hamper - not that I'm bitter or anything) I still don't think I'd stab him, especially if he were making NFL player money.
*shrug*
Just me.

Here in Indianapolis they are announcing that Nick Harper was charged in June with domestic battery for hitting his wife. I don't know if he was attacking his wife, again, when she cut him with the knife but what I find most disturbing is the fact there 3 children were home at the time of the fight/attack.

Yeah, I read that ... It was probably a poor attempt at me trying to be witty. I'm not indicating that this woman doesn't have a crappy home life to live with. But, it sounds like it goes both ways from what I'm seeing here. If he knocks you around enough to make you want to stab him, I'm thinking you might just want to leave. You know?
However, maybe they were trying to fight/argue away from their children in their bedroom so the kids wouldn't be around. Hopefully, it wasn't in front of the kids. But, then again, if he smacks her around, they're probably used to it. Sad situation.
Sorry if I didn't make it clear that I was making light of a bad situation.

A knife fight in the bedroom? I can understand the kitchen, which is where I have knives hanging on a magnet on the wall. But the bedroom? That's pre-meditated and asking for trouble.
I'm with you about she should be leaving. Especially with children.
Everybody in that family needs counseling.
