New video game

Finally, a game where I could kick ass.

The video game, Neverwinter Nights, was altered to be a J-School game where the hero goes to gather facts and interview sources after a train derailment.

One glitch in the game, "The team had initially planned to have a crowd of game characters milling about the accident scene, but the game wasn't amenable to that. A bug in the program meant that any time a player approached a group of people, he was immediately attacked and killed."

Ok, I had a few of those close calls myself back in my daily reporter days.
