Working to the tunes
A few years back, Uzz made me an MP3 with lots of old tunes on it. I don't have an MP3 player other than my DVD player, so I popped it in while boys are at daycamp and Stinkerbelle is at preschool.
Gives me something to keep me kicking while working.
A sample of tunes:
One Tree Hill - U2
My Sharona - The Knack
Senses Working Overtime - XTC
68 Guns - The Alarm
Woman in Chains - Tears for Fears
Tunes from Nitzer Ebb, B-52s, Elvis Costello, Squeeze ... and so many more. There are 183 songs on here.
This rocks.

Rocking out to Erasure now, Bronski Beat earlier ... I love this stuff!!!
Jenni - I'll find out if Uzz can burn you one, too. It is so good. I can't bear to turn it off and keep turning it up! Of course, while I'm on the phone with engineers, professors, etc. I have to turn it down ... a little. ;)

Yes, but please make sure you turn down the TV when you are done listening...I almost blew out Stinkerbelle's ears when I turned off the DVD player last night!

XTC 'Senses Working Overtime' is a great track indeed, as is another of theirs, 'Sgt Rock'. Erasure, I love all their stuff and recommend Andy Bell's solo album, one of the most undersold, under-rated releases of last year. My big love is Pet Shop Boys but I love so many different genres, not just electronica or disco but stuff like Nirvana, too, and even the occasional Meatloaf when feeling particularly dramatic! :-)

I like a lot of different music genres, too.
