Green-eyed monster
I texted my honey the score of the Twins game because I know he is out site-seeing in Washington, D.C., today.
He texts me back .... this is where he is at right now:
*sigh*
I'm green with envy. I have only been to DC once in my life, when I was 13 and the White House was closed the few days we were there because of visiting dignitaries.

I was part of the Students of Freedom program in 1976, we spent 1 week in D.C.
i fell in love with History then, and the National Mall in particular.

Being in DC in 1976 had to be exciting.
Of all people to be in DC today, I think my patriot husband deserves it more than anyone I can imagine.
