Blogosphere meets courtroom
It was just a matter of time before people started suing bloggers for the things they say. Apparently there are many court cases against bloggers including one that awarded a woman $11 million for defamation. It is a good reason not to post things that are untrue. I have vented about businesses on the blog, but I never stated anything other than the truth. Looks like many of these blogs that are being sued have spewed nothing but untruths. What do you expect when you make up outrageous accusations about people?

Yep, that's just asking for trouble. I trust more blogs than I do politicians or mainstream media, though.
Well, to be honest, I have to qualify that with "conservative". :-)
Those are the values that I relate to, and most bloggers aren't running for office. And another thing, I don't know how other conservatives feel, but I am NOT happy about voting for the "lesser of two evils" this November. It's not the first time, but I'll be damned if I'll add a vote to the socialist left.
