Latest diet sensation
I finally found a diet that works for me and if you're willing, it will work for you, too.
It is called the "High Stress" diet and I'm thinking about trademarking it. Here's how it works:
*Add lots of stress to your life
*Freak out about said stress and watch the pounds shed away
*Make sure your anxiety levels rise
*A nauseated stomach helps keep your appetite supressed
*Throw in some out-of-your-control issues
Mixed together, you have a recipe for a successful stress diet. Take it from me, 16 pounds later, and I'm counting my blessings that - for me- the stress levels never seem to cease.
