Mmmm, good
*chewing* WORDS. WORDS. WORDS. *chewing*
Yummy. Yes, I'm eating my words.
Tony Romo fired up the Cowboys and they got the job done. Ok, there, I said it. I was wrong.

Slow down there peaches. Yes there's reasons to feel good about the game, and Romo played his ass off, but one game does not a career make. I know the nature of the Cowboy fan, and the game last night means that I'll have to hear all week about how this franchise who hasn't won a playoff game in a decade is now favorites to win the Super Bowl. Does any group of fans knee-jerk more? (Save maybe the Longhorn bandwagon?) Being a fan I hope I was wrong too and hopefully ToMo can continue on this roll. For whatever reason the team seems to respond to him in a way they didn't for Bledsoe. I would hate to think that pro athletes would be that petty as to try harder for one guy than another, but who knows.
Looks like they have winnable games coming up with Washington and Arizona, but in the NFL you never know for sure. If they win those they'd be 6-3 headed into a showdown with Peyton and the Colts which could be a slugfest because the Colts d doesn't appear able to stop anyone.

Yeah, I know, I'm not saying he's the new messiah, but I am saying that I was wrong about this game. After the 14 points were scored, I said to my hubby "Let the rout begin." I just knew the Cowboys were going down and crashing and burning big time.
So, I'm at least optimistic for a change. I'm not holding my breath.
But, the best thing yet ... I may be getting free tickets to the Indy-Dallas game. *doing the dance of love*
