On the big screen
I'm in love.
Murtagh from Eragon.
*thumping heart*
It is a good movie and worth the $4 matinee price I paid. It isn't LOTR or Harry Potter, but it is pretty good. It was a little scary for the 7-year-old (thusly the PG rating), but he got through it just fine with the help of his brother telling him to cover his eyes when he anticipated something scary happening. I bought the book and look forward to reading it. The movie lends itself to a sequel, which looks like it has more promise to me. The big stand-up promo for the movie at the theater said something about this being the first of a trilogy.

It is indeed a trilogy. I've read the first two books, the third has not been released yet.
