Random things

Just those sort of weird things that most people wouldn't know about me.

1. I have a picture of the Pope in my laundry area.
2. My fast-pitch softball team won our city championship when I was 10. My husband was only 2 years old at the time.
3. I prefer caffeine-free Diet Dr Pepper or regular Diet Dr Pepper.
4. I use two quilts and a thermal blanket to cover up with when I sleep.
5. Baths over showers.
6. I wear three earrings in my left ear and one in my right.
7. I love penguins.
8. Hot Rod cheers for every sports team that is his dad's favorite with the exception of being a Kasey Kahne fan (like me) instead of a Jeff Gordon (like dad.)
9. I call my husband "kiddo" sometimes.
10. banana nut frozen yogurt is my favorite ice cream
11. Oreo blizzards from DQ are my favorite treat there (although the ice cream sandwiches and dilly bars rock)
12. When I was pregnant with Pickle, I craved cereal and whole milk and would drink three gallons of milk a week.
13. When I was pregnant with Hot Rod, I craved cheese ravioli from a local restaurant. When we went to have the baby, the restaurant manager was on our call list.
14. When I was pregnant with Little Bit, I craved buffalo chicken tenders from Hooter's.
15. I dip my potato chips in ketchup.
16. I shave my toes.
17. Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I bleed red and green.
18. I grew up Southern Baptist, converted to Episcopalian in 1994 and then converted to Catholicism in 1998 (because of the husband).
19. I hit the snooze on my alarm clock at least twice each morning.
20. I'm addicted to Peppermint Mocha drinks at Starbuck's.
