Global warming
My ass.
This is a plastic golfball frozen in the wheelbarrow where we collect rainwater to use on the plants.
And, then, a shovel in another bucket of frozen rainwater.
Ooh yeah. It is supposed to get up to 46 on Saturday. Downright balmy after this past week. I live in Texas, for God's sakes. We aren't used to this for more than a day or two at a time.

I think this is God's way of saying "global warm THIS!" We're still not back in school, and it's THURSDAY! It hasn't gotten warm enough for the ice to melt.

It is definitely hard to believe the "global warming" argument when places that aren't supposed to get cold and snow (like southern CAL and TX) are getting it big time. And Colorado has had record snowfall this year and amazingly cold temps.
But I know it's been almost 30 years since we've had ice storms the magnitude of what we got in November and this past weekend here in Missouri. So I don't know how to explain any of it!

Actually, I think Global Warming is supposed to cause cold cold winters and hot hot summers. I'm dreading summer for sure. If we have another July like last year in Cali - I may need to move to Alaska!

What Kelly said.
I've turned the corner on global warming. We've had five or six years of good science since it was first exposed to the masses. And it's looking like the last 10,000 years during which civilization has flourished -- are kind of an anomaly. It's supposed to be more variable and shitty than it has been O_O
