Ok, folks, the real live caption for this is:

Police gather near the emergency entrance to Hollywood Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida February 8, 2007 where Anna Nicole Smith was taken earlier from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel where she collapsed.

But, I challenge you not to come up with a few doozies for this one.

My personal favorite:

Male cop: I think I know how she died, you should have the size of the crap in the toilet. Must have been this big.

Female cop: No, it was more like this.
