I should have left the lights on
I remember burning the midnight oil in my college days listening to Sinead O'Connor and contemplating Troy.
Do you love her? Is she good for you? Does she hold you like I do?
There is no other Troy
For me to burn
And you should've left the light on
You should've left the light on
It was the everlasting song ... 6 minutes plus. A big no-no in the radio world, but I still managed to persuade one of my DJ buddies at KWBU to play it for me. I just had to return the favor by calling in to his evening show and pretending to be a lovelorn co-ed aching for him. That wasn't too hard, he was hot. But, he was my bud. Plus, I think he was nailing my roomie. *shrug* She should've left the light on, I suppose.
Great music for late nights.
