In a museum, far far away
Pickle was privileged to get a sneak preview of the new 
Star Wars exhibit opening at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History courtesy of going with his dad on media day. Pretty cool. That is probably one of the biggest things I miss about working for a newspaper full time ... the perks of media day and media passes ... *sigh* But, I digress. Pickle is a GIANT Star Wars fan and got to meet Anthony Daniels, better known as C3PO. That is way cool.

Darth Vader is one of his favorites and they had one of the original suits. Cool, huh? He got David Prowse's autograph last year at a sci-fi con with me. I'm not sure this kid could have it much better.

He had a GREAT time...but so did I...the fact is, there were two 12 year-olds at that event on Tursday and they happened to be father and son. I was almost 11 when the first one came out and I saw the first showing at the theater in Waco...I was hooked!!
