Rocking Birthday
Hot Rod - who loves all things Aerosmith - decided he's like to have an Aerosmith-themed birthday party.
Uh, OK.
Now, the challenging part - figuring out how to do it. I went to the party supply store today and they have 50s rock themes or disco themes. So, I start looking online. You can find Camp Rock themes (cheesey, even to my 9-year-old) and punk rock, dicso, 50s, etc. Even an 80s music themed set-up.
But, nothing that really works for me. Although, I did find where Aerosmith peformed at some girl's bat mitvah. Oy. If only I had the money to get Steven Tyler to come to Texas and sing for Hot Rod. He'd freak out.

So, I did find a table cloth and centerpiece with musical notes on them. That is a good starting point. I may be able to scour some thrift stores looking for old album covers or something to go with our theme. I've only got about a month to plan, too. So, now the creative juices need to get flowing!

You could somehow work Stephen Tyler's scarves into the mix. And maybe get your hands on a copy of Guitar Hero Aerosmith as a party game?
